Gary Hess, Partner - Chief Executive Officer:
Gary founded Government Sales Group after an extremely successful career with Fisher Safety where he served as the Vice President of Sales for the National Fire and Preparedness business unit. Gary is an industry veteran with deep contacts and relationships with first responders and supplier management in the global federal defense market, regional industrial market and nationally with state and local governments. Prior to Fisher Safety, Gary served as the Vice President of Sales at Safety Equipment Company.
Bobby Feigler, Partner - Chief Operating Officer:
Bobby is the former Vice President of Sales at Thermo Fisher Scientific - Safety Division. Mr. Feigler cofounded SciQuest, Inc. and served as a member of leadership team that took company public in 1999. Bobby joined Government Sales Group as a partner and Chief Operating Officer and is now responsible for Protect the Force's day-to-day operating activities, including revenue and sales growth; infrastructure scaling; expense, cost and margin control; and monthly, quarterly and annual financial goal management. Bobby served in U.S. Army as an Infantry Captain.
Clay Williamson, Partner - President:
Clay founded the Protect the Force Institute, and is the former Program Manager Fire Resistant Clothing and Soft Body Armor at PEO Soldier. Clay led the team that introduced an unprecedented number of new, life-saving and performance enhancing protective products to the Army. He maintains deep relations across DoD, Program Management, PEO Soldier, and industry. Clay is a recently retired U.S. Army Major and served in the Acquisition Corps.
Francisco Martinez, Partner - Executive Vice President, Product Development & Technology Integration:
Francisco is a former executive at the U.S. Army Natick Soldier Center who led development and fielding of the Army Combat Shirt, the flame retardant Nylon shell and Universal Camouflaged Pattern printed webbing for the Improved Outer Tactical Vest body armor, and the Sniper Ghillie Suit. Inventor and developer of fire suppression systems for vehicles and personal use & lead engineer for IED flame and blast system level test methods for the Special Ops community. Francisco maintains significant relationships across DoD Science & Technology, Special Ops community, and industry.
